XOOPS Cube Legacy 2.11 RC has been released

Package_Legacy 2.11 RC --- XOOPS Cube Legacy 2.11 RC has been released. This version is just minor change version from 2.10, which has many fixes. But, most these fixes have not been confirmed whether they are really fixed, as I wrote here. Committers tried confirming them. But, we gave in to too many items, because we are busy a little these days. Please, help 2.11 RC so that the RC will become 2.11 stable this week.

Well, 2.11 RC does not have all fixes which have been submitted to sourceforge.net trackers. Make RC stable, after that let's aim 2.12.
